ACL Race Series are trimetal rod bearings designed for higher RPM conditions and high loads in performance engines. Their reinforced construction provides improved support for the bearing lining.
Increased eccentricity helps compensate for bore distortion at high RPM and assists in forming a hydrodynamic oil film. Tight, consistent wall tolerances help maintain consistent clearances.

- Enlarged ID chamfers on bearing edges where required for large fillet radii on performance crankshafts.

Sizes
STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
