ACL Race rod bearings for Toyota 2UZ-FE / 1UZ-FE / 3UZ-FE

ACL Race Series rod bearings are high-performance trimetal engine bearings designed to withstand higher RPM conditions and increased loads.

This rod bearing set is intended for Toyota 2UZ-FE, 1UZ-FE and 3UZ-FE applications.

• High-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties.
• Hardened steel backs for improved support of the bearing lining and better bearing retention in the housing.
• Increased crush for improved bearing retention.
• No flash plating on the back to improve heat transfer and maximize grip between the bearings and their housing.
• Increased eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high RPM and assist in forming hydrodynamic oil films.

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
