ACL Race thrust washers are designed for high-performance engines and demanding high-RPM conditions. The trimetal construction combines design, metallurgy and engineering for reliable crankshaft thrust control.
The STD version is intended for standard dimensions. The construction is designed to support heat transfer, secure retention in the housing and consistent operating clearances.
- High-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties
- Increased crush for improved bearing retention in the housing
- Elimination of flash plating on the back for improved heat transfer and grip in the housing
- Increased eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high RPM
- Tight, consistent wall tolerances to help maintain consistent clearances
Suitable for: Nissan 350Z I (Z33), Nissan 370Z I (Z34), Nissan 400Z I (RZ34), Nissan Crossover I (370GT), Nissan Fuga I (Y51), Nissan GT R I (R35), Nissan Skyline VI (HV37), Nissan Stagea II (M35/NM35).

Sizes
STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
