ACL Race thrust washers control crankshaft endplay and help maintain the correct axial position of the crankshaft in the engine.

They are intended for engine rebuilding or upgrading on Toyota 1KD-FTV, 2KD-FTV and 1KZ-TE applications where axial clearance control is important.

Suitable for: Toyota 4RUNNER II (N130) / III (N180), Toyota Dyna I (KD/LY/U2/U3/U4/U6), Toyota Fortuner II (N5/N6), Toyota Granvia I (H10), Toyota Hiace IV (H1/H2) / V (TRH2/KDH2/LH2/GDH2), Toyota Hilux VI (N1) / VII (N1/N2/N3), Toyota Land Cruiser Prado IV (J150), Toyota Land Cruiser II (J9) / III (J120) / IV (J250) / J70 (HZJ7).

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
