Bull-X 3″ downpipe + DPF replacement pipe for Audi A4/A5 B8 2.7–3.0 TDI

The downpipe has a significant effect on response and power. It forms the link between the turbocharger and the exhaust system. The larger the pipe diameter and the greater its flow capacity, the more easily the turbocharger can discharge the processed exhaust gases through the exhaust system. This has a positive effect on torque, power and the resulting exhaust note, particularly when combined with a modified exhaust system.

This product replaces both the DPF and the standard catalytic converter. On pre-facelift models, a small section of the flange must be cut off for installation. Engine management calibration is essential after installation.

Road use: This version is intended exclusively for track use. For legal use on public roads, only the EG-approved catalytic converter from HJS is suitable; all other catalytic converter and catalytic converter replacement pipe versions are not approved for public-road use.

Note: This is the short version, which is fitted to most vehicles. Check your original part before ordering. If your downpipe is longer at the point where the lower flange is located, this version will not fit or modification work will be required.
