  3M™ Acrylic Plus Tape PT 1100 is a 4-layer black double-sided acrylic adhesive tape with very high initial tack that was specially developed for the automotive sector and is ideally suited for fastening rigid add-on parts where an attractive visible edge is desired. PT1100 offers very good adhesion to a wide variety of automotive surfaces, good internal strength, excellent long-term stability and very good conformity to the surfaces being bonded. Thanks to PT1100’s unique viscoelastic properties, stresses in the bonded joint are effectively dissipated, creating extremely durable bonds.
