• Installation with 3M™ PT 1100 tape is carried out in three simple steps:
  • Clean the surface with the supplied 3M cleaning cloth
  • Peel off the protective strip from the pre-cut and pre-fitted adhesive tape
  • Stick it on, done!

  3M™ Acrylic Plus adhesive tape PT 1100 is a 4-layer black double-sided acrylic adhesive tape with very high initial tack, specially developed for the automotive sector and ideally suited for fixing rigid add-on parts where an attractive visible edge is desired. PT1100 offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of automotive surfaces, good internal strength, outstanding long-term stability and very good conformity to the surfaces being bonded. Thanks to the unique viscoelastic properties of PT1100, stresses in the bond line are effectively absorbed, creating extremely durable joints.
