3M™ Acrylic Plus Tape PT 1100 is a 4-layer black double-sided acrylic adhesive tape with very high initial adhesion, specially developed for the automotive sector and ideally suited for fastening rigid add-on parts where an attractive visible edge is desired. PT1100 offers very good adhesion to a wide range of automotive surfaces, good internal strength, excellent long-term stability, as well as very good adaptability to the surfaces being bonded. Thanks to PT1100’s unique viscoelastic properties, stresses in the bonded joint are excellently dissipated, creating extremely durable bonds.
