3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape PX5011F consists of acrylic foam and is especially suitable for fastening add-on parts in the automotive sector. The special product properties create high adhesion on difficult surfaces. PX5011F has excellent adhesion on low-energy plastics (LSE) and on many automotive paints. The PX5011F tin, due to its unique viscoelasticity, reversibly relieve stresses. In contrast to foam tape (POE-, PU tapes) it largely compensates for expansion differences between joining partners under temperature changes.
