3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape PX5011F consists of acrylic foam and is particularly suitable for mounting add-on parts in the automotive sector. The special product properties create high adhesion on challenging surfaces. PX5011F has excellent adhesion to low-energy plastics (LSE) and many automotive coatings. The PX5011F tin, due to its unique viscoelasticity, reversibly relieve stresses. In contrast to foam tapes (POE-, PU tapes) it greatly compensates for expansion differences between joining partners under temperature changes.
