3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape PX5011F is made from acrylic foam and is particularly suitable for fixing add-on parts in the automotive sector. Its special product properties provide strong adhesion on difficult surfaces. PX5011F offers excellent adhesion to low surface energy plastics (LSE) and many automotive paints. Thanks to its unique viscoelasticity, PX5011F tin reversibly dissipate stresses. In contrast to foam adhesive tapes (POE, PU tapes), it compensates for differences in expansion between bonded partners to a high degree when temperatures change.
