- Installation with the 3M™ PX5011F tape is carried out in four simple steps:
- Clean the surface with the included 3M cleaning cloth
- Apply the included 3M primer to the surface
- Peel off the protective strip from the pre-configured and pre-mounted tape
- Stick it on, done!
- High durability even in car washes, at high speeds and in extreme temperatures and humidity, as well as high resistance to impact and weathering

3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape PX5011F consists of acrylic foam and is particularly suitable for attaching add-on parts in the automotive sector. Its special product properties provide strong adhesion on difficult surfaces. PX5011F offers excellent adhesion to low surface energy (LSE) plastics and many automotive paints. Thanks to its unique viscoelasticity, PX5011F tin reversibly dissipate stress. In contrast to foam adhesive tapes (POE, PU tapes), it compensates to a high degree for differences in expansion between bonded parts when temperatures change.
