3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape PX5011F consists of acrylic foam and is particularly suitable for fastening add-on parts in the automotive sector. Its special product properties create high adhesion on difficult surfaces. PX5011F offers excellent adhesion to low surface energy plastics (LSE) and many automotive paints. Thanks to its unique viscoelasticity, PX5011F tin reversibly relieve stresses. In contrast to foam tapes (POE, PU tapes), it largely compensates for differences in expansion between joining partners when temperatures change.
