3M™ Acrylic Foam adhesive tape PX5011F consists of acrylic foam and is particularly suitable for fastening add-on parts in the automotive sector. Its special product properties create high adhesion on difficult surfaces. PX5011F offers excellent adhesion to low-energy plastics (LSE) and many automotive paints. Thanks to its unique viscoelasticity, PX5011F tin reversibly absorb stress. In contrast to foam adhesive tapes (POE, PU adhesive tapes), it compensates to a large extent for differences in expansion between joining partners when temperatures change.
