3M™ Acrylic Foam tape PX5011F is made from acrylic foam and is particularly suitable for attaching add-on parts in the automotive sector. Its special product properties create high adhesion on difficult surfaces. PX5011F offers excellent adhesion to low-energy plastics (LSE) and many automotive paints. Thanks to its unique viscoelasticity, PX5011F tin reversibly absorb stress. In contrast to foam adhesive tapes (POE, PU tapes), it compensates for differences in expansion between joining partners to a high degree when temperatures change.
