3M™ Acrylic Plus Tape PT 1100 is a four-layer black double-sided acrylic adhesive tape with very high initial bonding force that has been specifically developed for the automotive sector and is ideally suited for fastening rigid attachments where an aesthetically visible edge is desired. PT 1100 has very good adhesion to a variety of automotive surfaces, good internal strength, excellent long-term stability, and very good adaptability to the surfaces to be bonded. Due to the unique viscoelastic property of PT 1100, stresses in the adhesive seam are excellently dissipated, resulting in extremely durable joints.
