The CTS Turbo kit for installing an atmospheric blow-off valve (BOV) in vehicles with the BMW N54 engine is designed for use with the TiAL Q valve. The TiAL Q valve is not included in the kit and is sold separately.
The kit includes a 3-inch T6 6061 aluminium pipe, mandrel-bent and finished with durable black powder coating. Four-ply silicone couplers and stainless steel hose clamps provide secure fastening. It also features a CNC-machined flange for the MAP sensor, allowing the original MAP sensor to be installed.
Two fittings for water/methanol injection are equipped with 1/8″ NPT threads; when not in use, they can be sealed with the included plugs. The kit replaces the original plastic charge pipes and diverter valve system and allows the installation of a TiAL Q BOV.
