CTS Turbo BOSS500 turbo kit for VAG 2.0T FSI EA113

CTS Turbo BOSS500 is an upgrade turbo kit for FSI engines with a timing belt. The modular design uses a proprietary CHRA fitted into a dedicated cast and machined CTS Turbo exhaust housing.

The exhaust housing is compatible with any exhaust downpipe, while the scroll area is designed with an approximate 0.63 AR ratio. The kit includes dedicated oil and water lines and allows direct installation without vehicle modifications.

The turbo is currently compatible with the CTS Turbo intake system. The standard or CTS Turbo diverter valve, or a blow-off valve (BOV), can be used. Both the standard and CTS Turbo turbo outlet pipes are compatible.

Important: a DV blanking plate is required for Golf R Mk6 and Audi S3 8P models. The kit is not suitable for right-hand-drive vehicles.
