CTS Turbo BOSS500 turbocharger kit for Audi A4/A5/Allroad B8/B8.5 2.0 TFSI

CTS Turbo BOSS500 is a big turbocharger kit for the Audi A4/A5/Allroad B8/B8.5 with the 2.0 TFSI engine. It is designed as a direct replacement for the factory turbocharger and is compatible with most upgrades already installed. It can be used with any test pipe or high-flow catalyst and any intercooler. The kit is compatible with the factory or upgraded diverter valve or blow-off valve.

An intake kit is also included, as a larger turbocharger requires greater airflow. For easier installation, the kit uses the factory oil drain and coolant feed pipe. All parts required for installation are included.

Important notes

Due to the complexity of the installation, the work should be carried out by an experienced mechanic at a vehicle conversion workshop. Appropriate engine software tuning is required. Fuel system upgrades are required for the BOSS 600. Upgrading the engine connecting rods and cylinder head bolts is also recommended.

The kit is not suitable for European B8 vehicles with the Gen3 engine. It is only suitable for EA888.1 and EA888.2 engines.
