Description
The CTS Turbo BOSS600 kit is a direct replacement for the factory turbocharger on the Audi A4/A5/Allroad B8/B8.5 with the 2.0 TFSI engine. It is designed as a large turbo kit for installation without extensive modifications and is compatible with most already-fitted components. It can be used with a test pipe or high-flow catalyst and with any intercooler. The kit works with the factory or upgraded diverter valve or blow-off valve. An intake kit is also included, as the larger turbocharger requires greater airflow.
The factory oil drain and coolant feed are used during installation. All parts required to install the kit are included.

- CTS exhaust manifold for the longitudinally mounted 2.0 T engine, machined for installation in the B8/B8.5

- CTS reusable high-flow air filter kit
- CTS oil feed kit with all associated fittings
- CTS coolant hose kit with all associated fittings
- Gaskets, nuts, plugs, hose clamps and brackets

Important: Due to the complexity of the installation, we recommend having the work carried out by an experienced mechanic at a performance workshop. Suitable engine software tuning is required. Fuel system upgrades are also required for the BOSS600. Upgrading the engine connecting rods and cylinder head bolts is recommended.
Limitation: The kit is not suitable for European B8 vehicles with a Gen3 engine. It fits EA888.1 and EA888.2 engines only.
Suitable for: Audi A4 III (B8), Audi A5 I (B8).
