CTS Turbo BOSS600 is a turbocharger upgrade kit for FSI engines with a timing belt. Its modular design enables output of up to 600 hp, depending on the fuel system and other engine modifications.
The kit features a proprietary CHRA with a turbocharger cartridge with a dual ball bearing, built into a purpose-made CTS Turbo exhaust housing. The housing is cast and machined to be compatible with any exhaust downpipe. The flow section is designed with approximately 0.63 A/R, which helps provide good turbocharger response and reduces flow restrictions.
The kit includes dedicated oil and coolant lines for easy installation, tuning and reliable operation. The turbocharger connects to the turbocharger outlet pipe and intake system with specially shaped silicone hoses.
The BOSS upgrade is currently compatible only with the CTS Turbo intake system. The original or CTS Turbo diverter valve (DV) or blow-off valve (BOV) can be used. It is currently compatible only with the original or CTS Turbo turbocharger outlet pipe.
Vehicles with VW Golf R and Audi S3 8P require a DV block-off plate. The kit is not suitable for right-hand-drive vehicles.
