CTS Turbo BOSS750 V3 is an upgrade turbocharger kit for the MQB platform. It is a completely redesigned version of the popular BOSS 600 kit.
The kit is based on a Gen2 30/76 CHRA with a dual ball bearing and opposite rotation. The housing is carefully cast and machined to be compatible with any exhaust downpipe. This provides a very good response under boost and eliminates potential flow restrictions. The factory wastegate valve geometry is retained, simplifying engine tuning.
The turbocharger outlet measures 2.5″ and is positioned in the original location, making it compatible with a 2.5″ turbocharger outlet pipe. The integrated wastegate valve actuator bracket and oil and water lines for the original location allow easier installation, tuning and reliable operation.
The kit is currently compatible with the CTS Turbo intake system. You can also use a CTS Turbo or other aftermarket diverter valve or blow-off valve; the original DV valve is also compatible.
Note: a 2.5″ turbocharger outlet pipe is required and is not included in the kit.
