The continued development of the MK7/7.5 platform also includes the new CTS Turbo 3″ cat-back exhaust system. The system for the Volkswagen Golf R MK7/7.5 is TIG hand-welded from high-quality T304 stainless steel. It is designed for road use and demanding use with a large turbocharger.
Many currently available exhaust systems for the Golf R MK7/7.5 use a 2.5″ construction, which can restrict exhaust gas flow and ultimate power. The 3″ CTS Turbo cat-back system is suitable for vehicles where the best possible exhaust gas flow is important.
