The CTS Turbo 2.0T DV (diverter valve) kit for EA888 Gen.3 engines is made from machined aluminium and is fully serviceable. It works with the factory electronics, does not trigger the engine warning light and allows direct installation without extending the wiring.
The valve replaces the factory plastic unit, which can fail due to a torn diaphragm, cracked plastic or electrical faults. The piston design provides a long service life, easy installation and full serviceability. The compact design is slightly shorter than the standard unit, so it also fits well in the tightly packaged engine bays of modern VAG vehicles.
