This high-flow stainless steel downpipe allows the restrictive factory main catalytic converters to be removed from Audi RS3 8V/8Y and TTRS 8S vehicles with the 2.5 TFSI EVO (EA855) engine, model year 2018 or newer.
Using CAD simulations, the design was optimised for the best possible exhaust gas flow and even distribution into two outlets. Many hours of development went into achieving precise fitment, smooth exhaust gas flow and a more pronounced sound. The Y-pipe is included for installation with the factory exhaust system.
After installation, the engine warning light (Check Engine Light) will come on. Stage 2 software is required to prevent it from coming on; solutions for clearing or emulating the light are not compatible with these vehicles.
