The CTS Turbo 3.5″-diameter downpipe is designed for the VW Tiguan II and Audi Q3 II with a 1.8T/2.0T engine and MQB-based AWD all-wheel drive. The factory downpipe restricts exhaust gas flow, particularly on vehicles with upgraded engine software. This version allows smoother exhaust gas flow and is designed with smooth transitions for optimal flow.
The downpipe uses a CNC-machined turbo outlet flange, cast T304 stainless steel pipework with a transition from 3.5″ to 3.0″, and a modular design that simplifies catalyst installation. Vehicles with an engine producing 184 hp require a reducer to 60 mm to connect to the factory exhaust.

An optional high-flow catalyst is also available. Appropriate engine software is required for correct operation and the best results. Stage 2 software is required to prevent the engine warning light from coming on. The optional CEL emulator reduces the chance of a catalyst efficiency fault being displayed.
For a more authentic engine sound, it is recommended to disable the Soundaktor or sound amplifier, as it can cause additional unwanted drone.
