The CTS Turbo downpipe with high-flow catalysts for Mercedes-AMG models with the M177 engine is designed for the best possible exhaust gas flow and greater potential for power gains.
The product was developed using modern CAD technology and fits precisely in place of the standard, flow-restricting catalysts. It is made from cast T304 stainless steel, hand TIG-welded and back-purged during welding, ensuring long-term reliable operation.
On the 4.0 Twin Turbo engine, it releases additional performance and delivers the sound this car deserves. Combined with the standard exhaust system, it creates a louder, deeper growl with more pronounced pops on downshifts. On upshifts, the gear changes feel more pronounced. With an aftermarket sports exhaust system, the sound will be even louder. The product is intended for vehicles with the M177 engine.
