CTS Turbo presents an aluminium torque mount insert for VW models with the MK6-generation 2.0 TSI engine.
The insert reduces engine movement during gear changes and acceleration, effectively eliminating play and movement in the drivetrain. According to the manufacturer, it does not cause additional vibrations or harsher operation, even at idle or when starting the engine.
It is made from high-quality T6061 aluminium and manufactured by CTS Turbo. The black anodised finish ensures long-lasting use.
Installation is simple and requires only basic hand tools. Undo the factory torque mount bolt, insert the part, then refit the bolt and tighten it to 74 ft/lbs (100 Nm).
Limitation: suitable only for models with a chain-driven TSI engine.
