New CTS Turbo exhaust manifold for 2.0-litre 8V ABA and AGA engines.
The manifold features a T3 flange and a flange designed for 38 mm external wastegate valves. Its dimensions match the old Kinetic 8V manifold, making it suitable as a replacement.
The casting has been redesigned, while the flow has been optimised using modern CAD software to make the most of the 8V engine’s performance. The manifold is precisely manufactured from highly ductile iron.
- The T3 turbo flange is drilled and tapped for M10x1.5 bolts.
- The flange for the 38 mm wastegate is drilled and tapped for M8x1.25 bolts.
