CTS Turbo presents a front heat exchanger for the BMW F-series platform with B48/B58 engines. The product is now available in an updated black finish.
The factory front-mounted heat exchanger is small and does not provide sufficiently effective cooling for modified Fxx B48/B58 engines. Therefore, a larger heat exchanger with a dual-pass core and improved flow was developed, which fits in the factory location. CNC-machined mounting points and hose connections allow direct installation.
A convenient bleed connection is also included, allowing air to be easily removed from the cooling system after installation.
The CTS Turbo heat exchanger helps keep the B48/B58 engine at lower temperatures and provides more reliable operation.
