The CTS Turbo high-flow cat pipe is designed to replace the factory catalytic converter on the Audi A4 B6 1.8T. The factory catalytic converter is mounted directly behind the turbocharger, while the CTS Turbo pipe is designed for straightforward installation in its place.
It is made from 3-inch T304 stainless steel pipes with smooth mandrel-bent bends. It has two O2 sensor ports and the option to add a third port. The almost 4″ expansion then tapers down to 3″, allowing the best possible flow as exhaust gases pass from the turbocharger to the catalytic converter.
The pipe is hand TIG-welded and provides an upgrade for improved exhaust gas flow, increased performance and a more pronounced exhaust note.

To eliminate the engine warning light (CEL), which may appear after installation, suitable engine software adjustment is required. The use of a Stage 2 software upgrade is recommended.
