The CTS Turbo high-flow catalysts for the Audi RS6/RS7 C8 are designed as direct replacements for the restrictive factory catalysts fitted directly behind the turbochargers.
The part was designed using the latest CAD technology and fits perfectly in place of the original downpipes. It is made from T304 stainless steel, hand TIG-welded and back-purged with inert gas during welding, ensuring reliable operation for many years.
The main benefits of installation are a significant increase in performance, improved exhaust gas flow and a deeper, sportier exhaust sound.

Stage 2 tuning software is required to prevent the engine warning light from coming on.
Fitting instructions for vehicles without OPF/GPF
- Transfer the original O2 sensors and tighten them to 30 ft/lbs
- Install the supplied OPF/GPF plugs and tighten them to 25 ft/lbs
- Tighten the downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft/lbs
Fitting instructions for ROW vehicles with OPF/GPF
- Remove the factory pressure sensors and pipes from the original catalysts
- Connect both pressure sensor ports using the longer original rubber hose and hose clamps. Reinstall the sensors and connect the plugs.
- Install the OPF/GPF temperature probes and tighten them to 25 ft/lbs
- Transfer the original O2 sensors and tighten them to 30 ft/lbs
- Tighten the downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft/lbs
