The CTS Turbo intake system for the BMW N54 platform replaces the restrictive factory airbox. The design with two inverted cone filters allows the best possible airflow, which according to the manufacturer results in a power increase of 9–15 hp.
All CTS Turbo system components are matched to one another to improve power and torque throughout the entire rev range. The intake system also creates a more pronounced, race-inspired engine sound.
