CTS Turbo intake system for VW Golf R VI, Golf GTI/GLI V

The 3-inch CTS Turbo intake system is designed for vehicles with a 2.0T FSI engine and software that requires a 3-inch mass air flow sensor (MAF).

Important: The kit is most commonly used with GIAC “Extreme File” software for K04 conversions and will not work with most standard software calibrations. Before purchasing, check with your software provider whether the calibration is compatible with a 3-inch MAF.

• Specifically designed for the GIAC EXTREME K04 calibration or other larger turbocharger conversions that require a 3-inch MAF
• Mandrel-bent aluminium pipes with black powder coating
• CNC-machined MAF flange and connection for relocating the DV valve
• Washable air filter with an inverted conical design
• 4-ply silicone couplers with stainless steel hose clamps
• Enclosed air filter housing with a rubberised edge
• Mounts to prevent rattling when the engine moves due to torque
