CTS Turbo intake system for VW Golf R VIII/Audi S3 8Y EVO4

The CTS Turbo intake system is designed for vehicles with the EA888.4 EVO engine and Continental turbocharger. It is suitable for vehicles with subsequent software or hardware modifications where increased intake airflow is required.

The closed airbox works effectively with the original air scoop and supplies cool air to the system. This then flows through a 3.5-inch high-flow air filter with an inverted conical design, improving airflow towards the engine. The 3.5-inch CNC aluminium intake pipe with mandrel bends ensures a smooth flow of cool air and reduces turbulence caused by unnecessary joints.

On a standard vehicle, the system allows an increase in maximum power of 9–13 hp according to the manufacturer’s data. It also provides a more pronounced, race-inspired intake sound.

Compatibility

For the EA888.4 EVO engine with a Continental turbocharger. Also compatible with the Garrett Pmax turbocharger.

Some Audi S3 8Y vehicles for other global markets are fitted with the older EA888.3 engine (TSI third generation), so this intake system is not suitable for them.

The product is not suitable for the VW Golf GTI VIII or Audi A3 8Y.
