Direct-fit CTS Turbo intercooler for the MINI F-series platform, 3rd generation, with B46/B48 engines. Under higher loads, in hot climates or after engine modifications, the original intercooler does not provide sufficient cooling and can become heat-soaked. The upgraded intercooler helps maintain a lower intake-air temperature and more consistent performance.
The intercooler volume is 51.9% greater than the original, improving cooling efficiency and reducing pressure drop and resistance to airflow. The core and cast end tanks are made from aluminium. Installation is direct, with no cutting or other modifications required – the original intercooler is removed and replaced with the CTS Turbo FMIC unit.

Compatible with B37, B37A, B37B, B42, B46, B46D, B47, B47B, B47D, B47E and B48 engines. Fits MINI Cooper D, MINI One D, MINI Cooper SD and MINI Cooper S variants from 2014–2019 with the listed engines.
Important limitations: does not fit JCW versions of the F54/F55/F56/F60 models. Does not fit B46C, B48C, B38C and B38B engines in LCI models from 2020 onwards.
