The CTS Turbo front-mount intercooler kit for the Audi A4, A5 and Allroad B8/B8.5 with the 2.0T engine lowers charge-air temperatures even under demanding use. The high-density bar-and-plate core is designed for applications up to 600 HP and is suitable for modified vehicles with K03, K04 or larger turbochargers. The smooth transitions of the hand-fabricated pipes ensure quick boost response and good flow, while the aluminium pipes provide effective heat dissipation.
Installing this large intercooler does not require cutting the bumper or bumper reinforcement, but a minor modification to the plastic frame is required. The kit does not fit later B8.5 versions with the EA888.3 Gen.3 2.0T engine.
