The CTS Turbo front-mount intercooler kit for the Audi A4 B5 1.8T is suitable for standard and modified vehicles. Compared with the factory setup, it provides significantly improved charge-air cooling, thanks to its high-density intercooler core and cast aluminium end tanks.
The kit’s pipes feature a bead roll at the ends, reducing the risk of the hoses coming off or leaking at increased boost pressure. The kit includes black powder-coated steel pipes, 4-ply silicone couplers and stainless steel T-bolt clamps.
The intercooler is suitable for power outputs of up to 450 hp.
A flange for the MAP sensor is included. If the vehicle does not have a MAP sensor, the flange must be blanked off. The secondary air injection pump must be removed or relocated.
Note: The silicone couplers must be trimmed for correct fitment. The kit is intended exclusively for vehicles with the standard K03/K04 turbocharger or Eliminator kits.
