The CTS Turbo intercooler kit for Audi A4 B7 2.0T helps maintain lower charge-air temperatures even under very demanding use, improving the vehicle’s performance and power. The bar-and-plate intercooler core is designed for up to 600 hp and is suitable for modified B7 A4 models with a K03, K04 or larger turbocharger.
Hand-fabricated intercooler pipes with smooth transitions provide quick boost response and optimal flow. Installing an intercooler of these dimensions requires removal or modification of the bumper reinforcement, but cutting the bumper itself is not necessary.
