The CTS Turbo test pipe for Audi A4/A5/Allroad/Q5 B8/B8.5 is designed as a direct replacement for the restrictive factory catalytic converter mounted directly behind the turbocharger. It is made from 3-inch stainless steel tubing with smooth mandrel-bent curves, two ports for O2 sensors and an additional port for a third sensor.
The turbocharger outlet measures almost 4″ before narrowing to 3″. This design allows exhaust gases to flow smoothly from the turbocharger into the test pipe. Each pipe is mandrel-bent and TIG hand-welded.

Suitable software calibration is required to remove the check engine light (CEL), which may appear after installation. The use of a Stage 2 software upgrade is recommended.
The kit is suitable for the factory turbocharger, CTS-TR-1070, CTS-TR-1070X and CTS B8 BOSS kits. It fits left-hand-drive vehicles only. It is suitable for manual and automatic transmissions, but not for CVT transmissions.
It is compatible exclusively with the 1.8TFSI EA888 Gen.1 and 2.0TFSI EA888 Gen.2 engines. It does not fit later vehicles for other markets with the EA888 Gen.3 engine.
Suitable for: Audi A4 III (B8), Audi A5 I (B8), Audi Q5 I (8R).
