CTS Turbo turbocharger for Toyota Supra A90

CTS Turbo ball-bearing turbocharger with a stainless steel exhaust housing, designed for the 2-port version of the A90 Toyota Supra/BMW.

Transient flow analysis, supported by flow bench testing, was used to optimise the twin-scroll turbine housing for the GTX3582R-style turbocharger. The turbocharger retains the factory fitment and location and uses the original wastegate. This is not a hybrid turbocharger. It allows the use of any factory-fitment exhaust downpipe, intake system and charge pipe.

The result is a large turbocharger in the factory location that can achieve 879 whp with the appropriate supporting modifications. The original wastegate, performance downpipe, intake system and charge pipe can be used for installation. No custom parts are required.

The kit was tested at Titan Motorsports on their race cars. They achieved 879 whp without using a nitrous system, while retaining the standard engine block. The optimised twin-scroll design enables very fast boost build-up, comparable to the factory turbocharger.
