CTS Turbo upgraded turbocharger for Audi 4.0T C7/D4

CTS Turbo Stage 1 turbocharger upgrade for Audi 4.0T engines in the A8, S6, S7, S8, RS6 and RS7 models from the C7/D4 generations.

The upgrade is a direct replacement for the original turbochargers and is compatible with the factory turbo housing and exhaust manifold. The larger compressor wheel increases the performance of the 4.0T engine to over 780 hp.

The turbochargers are new, so no surcharge for the old core is required.

• Compressor wheels machined from a solid billet, with a 48.6 mm inlet diameter, a 60–62.3 mm outlet diameter and extended blades
• 9-blade compressor wheel design
• Very high-flow exhaust wheel with 9 blades
• Upgraded thrust bearings
• Direct fitment with the existing exhaust manifolds
• A suitable upgrade for owners of 4.0T vehicles targeting over 800 hp; additional supporting modifications are required for this

High-flow intake systems, turbo inlet pipes, a higher-performance exhaust system and an upgraded cooling system are required. Custom engine software is also required; most users choose the Dyno Spectrum DS1 platform.
