Most of DBA’s 4000 Series Brake Rotors feature the revolutionary Kangaroo Paw ventilation system. This system incorporates a pattern of 144 diamond and teardrop-shaped pillars, resulting in an impressive 30% increase in surface area and a notable 20% improvement in cooling efficiency compared to traditional straight vane designs.

Moreover, all 4000 Series Brake Rotors come equipped with Thermographic heat paint markings. These markings change color at specific temperature thresholds, offering a useful visual indicator for monitoring braking temperatures and assessing rotor fatigue.

Offering comparable performance advantages to the T3 slot, the XS Gold presents a favored alternative, particularly well-received in show car applications. However, it’s important to note that drilled rotor configurations are not advisable for rigorous off-road or track day usage.
