EBC high-carbon vaned brake discs are all-new performance discs, ideal for fast road driving and track use. These high-performance discs use a high-carbon, high-silicon rotor, now fitted as standard OEM equipment on many premium cars. The key benefits of fitting these discs are: reduced brake noise by damping rotor vibration, reduced brake judder thanks to lower temperatures during performance driving, and elimination of possible disc cracking during performance driving. Blade Series (BSD) discs have a higher silicon content, making for a high-performance rotor that is unbeatable under high braking loads and temperatures. These brake discs sit alongside their siblings – the Ultimax and GD Turbo Groove rotors. The BSD Blade series requires at least 500 miles (approx. 800 km) for bedding-in period in city driving. During this period, light braking will extend the performance life of your new brake rotors.
