EBC SG “Swept Groove” brake discs are designed to match 2-piece fully-floating front discs that are included in EBC big brake kits. They feature a narrow multi slot design in a progressive angle which creates a quiet running sport rotor that still has benefits of removing gas, dirt, water and debris and maintaining parallel pad wear. They promote flat and parallel pad wear rather than allowing ridges to develop on pads and rotors which is typical of “drilled only” sport rotors. By preventing these ridges brakes stay more consistent throughout pad and rotor wear life.

EBC SG “Swept Groove” brake discs are designed for matching the two-piece fully floating front discs included in EBC kits for big brake kits (BBK), and feature the latest chemically applied corrosion-resistant black coating. This black coating has been tested with the industry-standard salt spray test and proven to last 2 to 5 years depending on conditions – the ultimate in disc rust protection. Features; wide aperture grooves preventing dirt build up and aid cooling, black anti-corrosion coated castings offering EBC’s best corrosion resistance ever, a quiet slot pattern and increased lifetime over standard parts.
