EGO-X 3.5″ exhaust system for Audi RS3 8V and TTRS 8S quattro Facelift OPF 400 PS

This EGO-X exhaust system for the Audi TTRS 8S Facelift with OPF and the Audi RS3 8V Facelift with 400 PS and OPF is hand-built using TIG welding and features absorption silencers without chambers. The pipe diameter is 3.5 inches (89 mm).

Bull-X Tronic control unit operation

If the vehicle has drive profile selection, the exhaust valve can be controlled through this function. For vehicles without drive profile selection, a supplied switch can be used. The switch’s LED indicates the valve position: the light is off when the valve is open and on when it is closed.

• Sport (Dynamic, Race): the valve remains open within the permitted ECE operating range. It is always closed when stationary and at speeds of 20–80 km/h.
• Comfort: the valve remains closed, but opens within the permitted ECE operating range while driving when the throttle is at least 75% open.

Road use: ECE approval applies only to the version with the selected Bull-X Tronic control unit (with ECE approval), used in combination with an EG-approved catalytic converter. The other control options, including the Bull-X Tronic “Race” unit and switch- or remote-controlled operation, are intended exclusively for track use.

Suitable for: Audi RS3 III (8V), Audi Ttrs II (8S).

Approval

Only the version marked “road legal” has a European ECE / EC approval (Bull-X Tronic controller with ECE or the HJS EC catalytic converter). Versions marked “no ECE, track use only” have no approval and are not permitted for road use. If in doubt about the version, contact us and we will check for you.

This exhaust system requires exhaust tips, which are not included in the price. Choose them from the Bull-X tips in our shop and add them to your basket; if unsure which fit, contact us.
