EGO-X 3.5″ exhaust system for Audi RS3 8V quattro 400 PS

This EGO-X exhaust system for the Audi RS3 8V facelift is handmade using TIG welding and features absorption silencers without chambers. The pipe diameter is 3.5″ (89 mm).

With the Bull-X Tronic control unit, the valve can be operated via the vehicle’s drive profile selection or Sport mode, where available. Vehicles without drive profile selection can use the supplied button with LED indication: the light is off when the valve is open and on when it is closed.

In Sport (Dynamic, Race) mode, the valve remains open while driving within the limits of the ECE regulations and is always closed when stationary. In Comfort mode, the valve remains closed and opens while driving within the permitted range from 75% throttle opening.

Road use: ECE approval applies only to the version with the Bull-X Tronic control unit and an approved EG catalytic converter. All other valve control options and catalytic converter combinations are intended exclusively for track use.

Approval

Only the version marked “road legal” has a European ECE / EC approval (Bull-X Tronic controller with ECE or the HJS EC catalytic converter). Versions marked “no ECE, track use only” have no approval and are not permitted for road use. If in doubt about the version, contact us and we will check for you.

This exhaust system requires exhaust tips, which are not included in the price. Choose them from the Bull-X tips in our shop and add them to your basket; if unsure which fit, contact us.
