This EGO-X exhaust system for the Cupra Leon KL saloon is hand-built using TIG welding and features absorption-type silencers. The system is non-resonated and has no front or centre silencer, delivering a particularly pronounced sound when the valve is open.

The exhaust system features an electric valve. The SBS motor is included.
Valve control
On vehicles with selectable driving profiles, the valve can be controlled via the selected profile. On vehicles without selectable driving profiles, it can be operated using the supplied button. The button’s LED indicates the valve position: the light off means that the valve is open, while the light on means that it is closed.
With the Bull-X Tronic control unit and ECE approval, the control unit automatically closes the valve while driving in the operating ranges required by the approval conditions. Within the approved ECE range, the valve remains open; between 20 and 80 km/h it is always closed. In Comfort mode, the valve remains closed and opens while driving once the throttle is at 75% or more.
Road use: ECE approval applies only to the version with the ECE-approved Bull-X Tronic control unit and an EG catalytic converter. All other control and/or catalytic-converter combinations are intended for track use only.
Suitable for: Cupra Leon IV (KL1).
