EGO-X 3″ exhaust system for Audi A1 GB 40 TFSI and Polo GTI AW 207 PS with ECE

This EGO-X exhaust system for the Audi A1 40tfsi with 200/207 PS and Polo AW GTI with 207 PS is hand-built using the MAG welding process and features absorption silencers without chambers. The pipe diameter is 3 inches (76 mm).

Road use: ECE approval applies only to the version with the Bull-X Tronic control unit with ECE approval and the EG catalytic converter. This combination is intended for use on public roads. Other control and catalytic-converter versions are intended for track use only.

With the ECE-approved version, the Bull-X Tronic control unit allows selection of Comfort or Sport mode. If the vehicle has drive-profile selection, it can be used for control. On vehicles without drive-profile selection, the supplied button is used; its LED indicates the valve status: the light is off when the valve is open and on when it is closed. During driving, the control unit automatically closes the valve in all areas required by the ECE approval, regardless of the selected mode.

• Sport (Dynamic, Race): within the scope of the ECE approval, the valve is open while driving; when stationary and at speeds of 20–80 km/h, it is always closed.
• Comfort mode: the valve is always closed, but opens during driving within the scope of the ECE approval when the throttle is 75% or more open.

For versions without ECE approval, the valve can be operated using a switch, remote control or Bull-X Tronic »Race« CAN-Bus control unit. If the vehicle has drive-profile selection, this can also be used; on vehicles without it, the supplied button is used. Versions without ECE approval are intended for track use only.
