EGO-X 3″ exhaust system for Honda Civic Type R FK2 310 PS (ECE)

This EGO-X exhaust system for 310 PS Honda Civic Type R models is hand-built using TIG welding and consists of absorption silencers without chambers. The pipe diameter is 3″ (76 mm).

With the Bull-X Tronic control unit, you can choose between Sport (Dynamic, Race) and Comfort modes. In Sport mode, the valve remains open while driving within the limits of the ECE regulations and is closed when stationary. In Comfort mode, the valve remains closed and opens while driving once the throttle is 75% open. If the vehicle has drive-profile selection, it can be used for control; vehicles without this function use the supplied switch. The switch LED indicates the valve position: the light is off when the valve is open and on when it is closed.

On versions without ECE approval, the valve can be controlled using a switch or remote control. These versions are intended solely for use on a race track.

Road use: ECE approval applies only when the Bull-X Tronic control unit with ECE approval is selected and the system is combined with an EG catalytic converter. Other control and catalytic-converter combinations are intended solely for race-track use.

Suitable for: Honda Civic X (5/DOOR/FC1/FK2).

Approval

Only the version marked “road legal” has a European ECE / EC approval (Bull-X Tronic controller with ECE or the HJS EC catalytic converter). Versions marked “no ECE, track use only” have no approval and are not permitted for road use. If in doubt about the version, contact us and we will check for you.

Exhaust tips

This exhaust system requires exhaust tips, which are not included in the price. Choose them from the Bull-X tips in our shop and add them to your basket; if unsure which fit, contact us.
